I use Photoshop to increase the image size. I try to remove as many artifacts as I can but PS does have to fill in the gaps. And no i use 1080p monitor.

Sometimes when you use PS to increase image size of a small and sometimes low-quality image you will run into the issue of noise in your image. In PS there are tools that can help reduce or eliminate that issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRom4HwVwxI You don't need to be a master in PS there are many tutorials that can help make your image amazing. I know that cause is have uploaded many bad-quality images but that was me experimenting with PS.
